I became aware of the foundation`s work through Albena, who is also a friend and quickly became interested in their activities. I have firsthand experience as a child growing under difficult circumstances and recall very few moments fom my childhood that would be classed as joyful. The rare times that I do have memory of, and which I can sincerely say impacted on my life positively, came through random acts of kindness from people whom I would hardly know.   I have carried this with me all through my life and whenever I find I can make a difference to someone less fortunate than myself I do not hesitate.

Normally charitable foundations such as Pink are perceived as being detached or so preoccupied with fundraising there is little time to connect with the causes they are supporting. That view is not one I have of Pink foundation and its representatives. Their tireless effort and often with limited resources, does not deter them from delivering care and attention to the individual and as such the greater community as a whole.

I would like to thank the Foundation for providing an avenue for people like myself to be able to make a difference to a child’s life and know that it is being targeted where it counts.

God bless everyone and most of all keep up this invaluable work as I know it truly makes a difference.

As unusual as it may sound coming from a man I have to say that….. Pink is my favorite color.
